Good breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Convenient location near train station and bus to the airport. Windows effectively block out street noise on the main street. Helpful receptionist provided information on the surrounding area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was so close to the train station and I could easily walk to all the major attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself was clean and had everything I needed. Plus, the breakfast was simple but delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this city.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the bustling city center, on a main pedestrian street with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. The staff at this hotel were wonderful, providing excellent service and showing great attention to detail. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with two single beds and some even had balconies, which was a great addition.
That the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but since the hotel is located on a busy street, it was necessary to keep the windows closed.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and shops.
The room I stayed in was very small and cramped. It felt more like a closet than a hotel room.

The hotel's location close to the train and bus station was ideal, especially when carrying heavy bags. It was also within walking distance of the city center and the Botanical Garden. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and the elevator, although small, was functional.
The breakfast options were limited and the bathroom was a bit small.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service was a nice touch. While the breakfast had mixed reviews, I found it satisfactory with a decent selection of pastries and beverages. The staff, particularly Veronica, were great too ensure my stay was enjoyable. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
